Policy
Somma Tool Company, Inc. is committed
to insuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have
purchased, please contact Customer Service at 203-753-2114 or sales@sommatool.com. No
merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Somma
Tool. Contact us first for a Returned Merchandise Authorization
number. The following conditions apply to any returned
merchandise: Shipment Errors:
In order to be eligible for credit or adjustment we must be notified within 2 days of any errors. Defective
Merchandise:
If the merchandise is defective, we can, at your choice,
either replace the merchandise or issue you a full refund . Unused
Merchandise:
Standard Items:
All unused standard items may be returned for full credit
within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days a restocking fee may
apply. Semi-Standard (non-stocked):
If we determine that the merchandise may be returned, all non-stocked items (usually
listed in the gray shaded area in our catalog) are subject to a
50% restocking charge. Special Items:
All special items (usually designated by an *) manufactured to
your specifications can not be returned for credit. Order
Cancellation:
Cancellation of orders can be made only with our consent.
