OFFSET EXTERNAL ROTATING BROACH TOOL HOLDER

Internal Rotating Broach Holder • This tool is used to produce hexagon, square and other irregular external shapes in the work piece as it is rotating in the spindle of the machine.

• Minimal turret driving force is required due to the spindle offset which distributes the load of the cut.

• The tool holder spindle, which is mounted in ball bearings, rotates freely with the workpiece and does not require auxiliary driving attachments.

• Can be used on B&S, Davenport, and multi-spindle screw machines, as well as turret lathes and CNC machines.

• All External Holders, except ORBX00, can also be used for Internal Broaching.

• Also available with CAT, VDI, CAPTO C6, HSK & Morse Taper Shanks.

Please lubricate holder before using:
For running at LOW to MODERATE RPM
we recommend ZENIPLEXII-Extreme
Pressure Aluminum Complex Grease.
(Do not overpack with grease).

For running HIGH RPM, use a good
lubricating oil instead of this grease.
